Do I need to see a doctor to get my blood results?
Yes, In order for you to get your blood results you must see a doctor who will in detail explain the results of your blood work.
What is your cancellation policy with allied health?
We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session without occurring an extra fee. This policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another client who may be on a cancellation or waiting list for an appointment. A $50 fee will be charged for non-attendance or less than 24 hours cancellation of a session.
Do I need to see a doctor to get a refill on my script?
Yes, in order to receive a refill on your script you must see a doctor.
Does your practice do blood testing?
Yes, we have a fully trained nurse who will be very gentle and caring when it comes to blood testing.
Do you take walk-ins and new patients?
Yes, we take walk-ins but it is a good idea to book an appointment or call ahead before coming in. We understand that there are sometimes emergencies that require an unexpected Visiting doctors visit. We accept all new patients.
Management Of Personal Health Information
It is our practice policy that all personal health records and health information of the patients is confidential. Only bona-fide members of our practice team have access to the health records and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
